D’AMburger Gastropub: Burgers, Gourmet Meals and Imported Beers
Due to insisted public demand, the famous D’AMburger that has been grilling on weekend nights at Banchetto Ortigas is now being served daily at a gourmet-gastropub restaurant in Greenhills Town Center.

Last May 16, 2012, we were invited to the ribbon-cutting of D’AMburger Gastropub which was graced by Honorable San Juan Vice-Mayor Francis Zamora and Madame Cindy Ejercito.

No more flipping of 300-400 patties in 3 hours straight for partners Allan and Chef Jellone; and, customers no longer have to wait for 30-45 minutes to have a bite of those in-demand burgers. Moreover, pricing remains the same, but the venue and ambiance was made better.
Truffle Popcorn (Php 170)
While waiting for our orders, each table received a bowl of freshly popped pop-corn tossed in salt and Truffle oil.
Truffle Buffalo Wings (Php 200)
This is a crowd favorite – deep fried wings tossed with butter and Franks Hot Sauce. It was not spicy and the flavors were really absorbed by the meat. A must try!
“Undecided” (Php 610)
Undecided which appetizer to get? Try D’AMburger’s “Undecided” platter – it has yummy fries, porcupine chicken (I call it “turon” chicken), tender pork rib-lets and regular fish and chips. (You might want to ask for a lighter batter of the fish if you want.)
Flaming Shrooms and Cheese (Php 210)
Now if you like gourmet, D’AMburger has flaming mushrooms and cheese on the menu – baked mozzarella and emmental cheese melted over mushrooms with a shot of brandy.
Steamed Mussels and Clams in Creamy Blue Cheese Sauce (Php 315)
I love blue cheese and this order definitely put a smile of my face. I think I finished the whole bowl, but I still prefer sourdough bread over fries, which tended to get soggy after a while.
Juicy Lucy Blue Cheese (Php 230)
And speaking of blue cheese, have you ever tasted D’AMburger’s Juicy Lucy Blue Cheeseburger? Imagine eating a half-pound burger with stuffed cheese patty topped with fresh lettuce, onions and a generous serving of blue cheese sauce – YUM!
What differentiates D’AMburger from the rest is that their Brazilian beef patties are stuffed with CHEESE!!! These specialty burgers are the results of 6 months of trial and error by the team to achieve the best patties, which are best paired with imported beers.
Pizza Burger (Php 350)
I also recommend Chef Blesilda’s super sinful yet super yummy Pizza Burger. Close your eyes and take a bite – no, it’s not pizza. It’s D’AMburger’s pizza burger sandwiched between two breaded mozzarella cheese. Yes, you read that right – no buns, just cheese, cheese and MORE CHEESE.
